This restaurant is a real institution in the European capital. It was until 2006 the only restaurant with 3 Michelin stars in the Brussels region, but it lost one star due to a change of chef.

I found the place to lack intimacy. The tables are much too near from each others and the waiters too many and too attentive. It feels like we are constantly being watched.

The cuisine is of course great, but really overpriced. It's easy to find as good for two or three times cheaper. In fact I was even disappointed by one dish and the post-dessert "bonbon cream" - something that shouldn't happen in a 2 or 3 stars restaurant.
