It chucked it down, the strangest thing I saw was a man cycle by. Whats strange about that you might ask ?
I couldn't SEE his bike, the rain came down so hard it was bouncing of the road to a hight of about a meter. I could see the top of his body but his legs and bike were hidden by the spray.
