I'm not vegetarian because the human being is omnivorous by nature so in some way vegetarian diet might not be fully healthy. Furthermore the existence of coeliac people probably means that the human being's body is better suited to processing meat than vegetals. If I'm not mistaken...

I've read somewhere that the plan of Scottish nationalists is to finance the independence with the oil of the North Sea. Norway is the model to follow for them, so I guess that includes not joining the EU after their hypothetical independence.

It could be even worse and a conflict like the one between Hutus and Tutsis might arise. I hope every town can decide sovereignly. In the end there may be unionists municipalities in Scotland that have no less right to stay in UK than the whole Scotland to commit secession.

I voted the French, but this means nothing because France is phenotipe-wise very diverse, much more than Spain. You can find from Spanish looking people to other ones who may pass for a Dutch or a Scandinavian. Spaniards are closer to Southern French.

That makes no sense. Scottish people are used to live under crappy weather. Some may have not even visited other more sunny countries. Why would they commit suicide because something they consider to be so natural? Laplanders live in a boreal zone which is much colder and nights can be eternal...
