The puzzle of West Eurasian and SSA relationship

-In some ADMIXTURE runs, Natufians show SSA, Iran_N sometimes show SSA .. formal statistics show no evidence of SSA geneflow to Natufians. https://i.imgur.com/pA1R6kO.jpg https://static-content.springer.com/esm/art%3A10.1038%2Fs41467-018-02825-9/MediaObjects/41467_2018_2825_MOESM1_ESM.pdf //...

Bill Maher's the party of Putin

I'm not an American, so maybe it's not my place to say any of this, but this is wrong I don't know, should the average person feel guilt that his country doesn't include "Black" or "Brown" people, that it's not diverse ? like its racist for your country for the majority to be of one...

A multidimensional view of West Eurasia

This is a visualization of 4 principal components of West Eurasians, from a 2013 post on Eurogenes, it's very interesting. We're familiar with this view I believe, it also has North Africans. (Click on the pictures to enlarge) and these are the 4 dimensions my thoughts: 1-the first PC...

The formation of the Middle Eastern Cline

In the PCA of West Eurasians, there are three clines of ancestry, one is mainland Europe another is the Middle East, and a third between them for Meditteranean and Jewish populations. The European cline formed as a mixture of Steppe BA populations and European Late Neolithic/Chalcolithic...

Politics Here we go again:The populism and dystopia of Italy's new government

Politics Here we go again:The populism and dystopia of Italy's new government

All this is correct. Arabian gulf countries do indeed have a lot of foreign residents, they don't integrate and as far as I know they don't want to acquire citizenship, and people don't care either way if they want to become citizens, I've never seen any negative reaction from local arabs.

Phenotype of the East African Maasai

Maasai are a Nilotic ethnic group inhabiting central and southern Kenya and northern Tanzania. They are among the best known local populations due to their residence near the many game parks of the African Great Lakes, and their distinctive customs and dress. The Maasai speak the Maa language...

    Wimp vs Warrior Skulls

A funny video I would argue for Wimp supremacy now, Armenoid facial features (which I have) have been the Alpha type of prehistory (major migrations from the Caucasus), while the Cromagnid Warrior type decreased and retreated

Can Fst values tell us something about the source of migration from unknown periods ?

Fst is a measure of population differentiation due to genetic structure, tells you how similar or different two populations are, most of you know it I assume. These results are from the supplementary tables in Lazaridis et al(2016) "genetic structure of the world's first farmers" Levant...
