With on going testing all L161 Isles A [ A1 +A2 ] were found positive for the SNP PF4135+ .
One was found negative , but he was an extreme outlier .
Some more may be negative for the SNP .
The greater bulk of Isles A will be positive .
There are 2 more possible SNP's .All of these have come from no calls in the Geno2 testing . We are in the process of testing with FTDNA to see can we find two SNP's near the no calls .
One will hopefully split Isles C and D from A and B .

It sounds to me that the test you have done is from 23andme , because you said that you have sent your results to Adriano Squecco . At the moment all you get from the 23andme is the M423 snp and not the L161 that covers the Isles guys. M423 covers a range of I2a groups including Isles

The Gibbins match has just done 25 markers , you are an exact match at this level which is good but a lot of the markers can change in the next batch of markers .They do not give Ireland as a home country ? . If you can contact him ask him to upgrade to see how close your match holds...
