Was the vacabulary of middle english that was used in england (from elevn century to 1475) derived mostly from Anglo-saxon or norman?
 
Mostly Anglo-saxon. The Normans spoke french, but eventually english became the dominant language amoung the nobility. The rest of the country stuck with english. Even now abput 80% of words used in everyday english are of anglo-saxon derivation. English is still primarily a germanic based language although the dumb grammar rules we have are for latin hence the major problem people have learning english grammar.
