Well.. I have to tell you one more disgusting fact!
Belgians have a nasty habit of throwing lemonade syrup in their best Trappist beer!
Ahh.. Give the bottles at least 8 hours to rest in the fridge. Tripel is good when cooled. 4-5 degrees or so.
Trappist you should give rest also, but maybe in a cellar. 8 degrees is fine.
In Belgium they even ask you if the beer should be served cold or medium!
In a good pub, that's for sure!
