The website of the Belgian National & Local Police was put temporarily offline after a hacker posted the message translating as "A 17-year-old can hack this website, which shows the level of ineffiency of the police in this country". So true ! I hope for other EU countries that none of them have a more inefficient police than the Belgian one.
 
That's so true, even the Belgian Army's website got hacked a while ago. The problem is, there isn't that many budget cut out for these kind of things.
