origin of the non-indo european languages of anatolia

the ancient non-indo european languages of anatolia where did they come from? what tribe spoke those languages? i know hittite is aryan language but what about the ancient non-indo european languages of ancient turkey? are indo-euro speaking.. and do you think they are related to the other non-indo european languages such as etruscan(italy) basque (spain) pelasgian (greece) or something else?
 
Non-IE in ancient Anatolia must have been Afro-Asiatic languages (e.g. Semitic) or Caucasian languages.
