It seems like Greece and Italy are already agreed, as also Cyprus and Israel,
now we are waiting Greco-Italian with Cypro-Israelic discuss, which probably will be an agree,

Unlnown is the stance that Turkey will hold, and the strange is the Albanian stance, cause from one Hand President had sign a treaty, but some parliamental courts have deny.
