Do SE Asians have minor West Eurasian ancestry?

Does anyone know if SE Asians have some minor West Eurasian-like ancestry through their Indian/South Asian admixture?

I notice that SE Asians like Burmese, Malays, Thais, Cambodians score significant South Asian component in many calculators and even show tiny amounts of Gedrosia/Caucasus in some calculators.

Or is their South Asian admixture entirely ASI/ASI-like that has to do more with Onge or Negrito populations?

Thank you. This is very interesting. It looks like Thais have the most West Eurasian signature among SE Asians, followed by Burmese, Cambodians and then Malays (Singaporean Malays). But the amount of West Eurasian ancestry they have is little like 1-5% only. Do you think it might be noise or do you think it is genuine West Eurasian ancestry?

Thank you! It seems like Thais have the most West Eurasian signal followed by Burmese, Cambodians and then Malays. This make sense after all as their substantial South Asian admix should carry some West Eurasian ancestry if their South Asian ancestry are from South Indian traders, settlers in the past.

But the West Eurasian signal that they have is very minor like 1-5%. How do I know if it is actual West Eurasian-derived ancestry or is it just noise?
 
Noise is usually sub 1%. You can go to GedMatch and pull other admixture runs spreadsheets and check if it also shows in them.
 
I've seen some Khmer Autosomal DNA results and i can confirm they have around 15-25% South Asian and 1-5% other West Eurasian specific components. We should consider that these calculators are amateur based and not 100% accurate.
Filipinos have minor Spanish ancestry, at least some of them.
Thais are a bit more Chinese/North Eurasian shifted than Cambodians, which can be explained with recent migrations from China.
Vietnamese are 50-80% Chinese genetically.

Can you post some of these Khmer Autosomal DNA results please? Are you referring to Admixture calculators like Dodecad, Eurogenes, MDLP, etc?
