I believe it has been around 30,000 years since Homo Sapiens came to be. Since evolution is a dynamic process, I was wondering how likely is a new major evolution of the human kind, especially given that the homogeneity is quite larger now, as opposed to the past. Where are we more likely to see such an evolution?
 
if there is going to be an evolution, I'm afraid it won't be a positive one ...
avoiding to become addicted to medicines, machines, electronics and artificial intelligence
 
Many of our brightest minds believe we're moving toward a technological Singularity. Another term for this is Transhumanism--the merging of the biological with the technological, the melding of man and machine.
