Common Y-DNA Ancestor Much Older than Previously Thought

I wanna see what this dude looks like.
 
I now realized the paper found frequently throughout the internet that says as much is several years old, but Abroadintheyard has it as a recent headline. Also many sites continue to have Y-DNA Adam as the previously-assumed younger age.
 
What's the oldest sample related to y Adam found outside of Africa?
