This is a leopard-man from Congo. They were ritual assassins imitating the killing methods of leopards (deep teeth wound on the throat, fake feline prints and scratches...) so as to camouflage the culprit. These leopard-men killed hundreds and brought terror in the Belgian Congo between 1933 and 1934.
