false memories

I seriously genuinely don't know anything

False memories? False knowlege? I couldn't tell. Poor me, suffering from Parkinson disease and get fired from my current job.

Luckily I can still wash dishes in Chinatown, and I get to eat those Young Chow Fried Rice for free. Oishii !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it's also called

imagination,
creativity,
playfulness,
make-believe,
mind surfing,
gestaldt pattern forming,
connect the dots game,
IQ test,
and remembering all the colorful details of last nights flight to the moon

but some people also prefer to call it lying. So in a court of law, it does become problematic because of the possible falsifying. Well, don't all lies begin from something really insignificant?

The question is, as was in "Are you who you think you are?" thread, how do you know for certain that what you know reflects your experience with precision? That certainty can be highly dependent on the mood or in-blood glucose level at any point in time. Memory activity is also highly dependent on the glucose level. Should we begin to give out chocolate candy bars 30 minutes before a court meeting? Or before a test? Some people can get intoxicated by that? Do they?
