Google has been ordered by a Belgian court to remove from its news search all content borrowed from French and German-language newspaper from Belgium, after the latter sued them for using and modifying their articles and photos without permission. Google could be fined 1 million euro per day if it doesn't comply.

However, Google is responsible for about 20% of the traffic to these newspapers' websites, which will consequently suffer a backlash from their legal action.
