23andMe is running a 50% sale off of its regular price, but you have to go to their faces of America link to take advantage of it. Since I do not yet have ten posts, I can't post a link but once you go to 23andme's website, just add a "/partner/foa/" to the end of the link.

I'm not for certain but I believe the discount would apply from wherever but the shipping and handling would be more expensive overseas.

It says that the discount is for watchers of the Faces of America show. This is not broadcast in Europe, AFAIK, and anyway it is about the ancestry of Americans, so why would they accept non-Americans ?
