Unfair lists

It seems to me that the Magnitsky list is an example which all the Europe should follow. First, we must do it relative to the USA. Uprisings and strikes went to Europe from the States, it’s a fact. Millions of migrants arrive to the EU from the USA... That’s why European Union must control entrants not only from eastern countries but from the West too. Thus, the idea about "unfair lists" for the US citizens seems to me to be rather logical.
