Do you believe certain DYS markers indicate a strong geographical beginning to your haplogroup?

Rootsweb has their own system and another system are like this below

http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&t=h&oe=UTF8&msa=0&msid=101077415341135244622.000471e907931cede0409

I have been told that these are the most important ones
DYS393
DYS390
DYS 19
DYS391
DYS388
DYS392
