Dyslipidemia, hypertension and ischemic cardiopathia. Are some haplogroups particularly associated with these?

I would be surprised. Genetic determinants of these traits lie in autosomal DNA, therefore very unlikely that Y-DNA Haplogroups are linked to any of these.
