hello i was wondering if anybody had any info on i1as7e?
any info will do.

thank you all

As far as I know the "AS7E" stands for "Anglo-Saxon Type 7 England" given it's predominance in England. Have you joined the I1 DNA Project at FTDNA?

I think they found a few SNPs that help define this group.

thanks i know 2 of the snps are l125 and l124

update i1as7e is l69 positive,waiting for cts6364 test

update:i1 as7e is so far concentrated in Yorkshire and southwest England...thanks

so with the new info what do yall thank i1as7e is from celts that came to britan or early Germanic tribes, the estimated l1 as7e mutation happen 1800 yrs ago

i1 as7e is positive for cts6364 and l69,giving it a more eastern Europe look to it,i1p is the same

so it looks like it started in eastern Europe and after it got to the isles it had the l1275 mutation

l22 is a branch off of cts6364 as well

I think the i1 branch that is non Germanic(i1p,i1as4 etc)may moved west away from indo europeans

update one i1as4 has came up cts6364 negative.....possibly breaking the connection with cts6364 positive i1p i1l22 and i1 as7e

Is there any new info on i1as7e or cts6364 origins?
