Clyde Winters

I stumbled upon this "Professor" and I'm just curious if any of you are familiar with him. Some of his theories include that Celts and Vikings were black there are many more, i think one was that white people lived in caves and were serpent like creatures (I could be wrong about this one). Anyways here are some of his papers etc. the Vikings and Celt ones aren't included I don't think, you'd have to search it up http://olmec98.academia.edu/CWinters/Papers. I personally think this guy is a nut job who feels the need to assert black supremacy theories but feel free to state your opinions.
