Earliest Footprints Outside Of Africa Found In Norfolk.

Right on! I always thought that history of Early Neanderthals might reach a cool million years in Europe.

It`s very exciting, LeBrok. There were some bone fragments found in Spain in the 90s and I think a molar from a later find was also confirmed as being from homo antecessor, but no remains ( apart from tools) have been found here. So these prints along with the tools from same area are great, and it seems they are indeed likely to belong to homo antecessor.
What I also find amazing, is the fact, they are actual footprints, made on the day and caught in action so to speak.
