My Doug McDonald results:

Please read the attached .rtf file for an explanation of how to

interpret all the data and plots. All results can be misleading without interpretation.
The automated computer results are as follows.

Most likely fit is 25.1% (+- 12.9%) Europe (various subcontinents)
and 74.9% (+- 12.9%) Europe (all Southern Europe)

which is 100% total Europe

The following are possible population sets and their fractions,
most likely at the top
English= 0.202 Tuscan= 0.798 or
Poland= 0.159 Tuscan= 0.841 or
Lithuania= 0.133 Tuscan= 0.867 or
Irish= 0.167 Tuscan= 0.833 or
Germany= 0.188 Tuscan= 0.812 or
French= 0.277 Tuscan= 0.723 or
French= 0.545 Sicily= 0.455 or
Belorus= 0.158 Tuscan= 0.842 or
English= 0.437 Sicily= 0.563 or
Hungary= 0.243 Tuscan= 0.757

a more reliable custom fit says:

Italian 0.8932 Jewish 0.1068

and that looks like a better guess.
“Italian” means North Italy, specifically Bergamo.
Mideast on the chromosomes means either Italy or Jewish or both.

I can't insert any attached image from my McDonald results and I don't know why.
Anyway
When I use GEDmatch calculators I find a little Pygmy percentage (0,16% MDLP in World-22 and 0,19% in Harappa World) without any San, W/E African, South African, Sub Saharan elements.
Just casual allele frequency similarities or a genuine pygmy admixture?

Doug stated also to me, that in his system, Italian = north Italian and Tuscan = central and south Italian
That's different to what the other similar testers say

You have to have 10 posts before you can add the charts
