admixture names

if some admixture names seem prettly clear and intuitive, others are not.
for istance.. what's the meaning of west asian? who were the west asian admixture peoples?
and southwest asian?
east asian admixture are mongolian peoples?

- west-asian peaks in people of the Caucasus (Georgians, Abkhasians, Ossetians, etc.) but is also high in other parts of west-asia like the Balochi, Kalash, Makrani..
- Southwest-Asian is more like Arabic-Semitic, peaks in Saudis and Yemenite Jews.
- East-Asian usually peaks in Japanese or Chinese
