Paternal Line G-PF2822

I am Sicilian on both sides of my family. The only odd situation I know of genetically is that my maternal grandfather was very light-haired, possibly a blond, at birth. I received the following results from Geno2: maternal line= H3 N R RO HV H H3; paternal line= M42 M168 M89 M201 P15 L30. Yet, NatGeo is saying I'm a G-PF2822 on my paternal line. Evidently, that's a subgroup of L30? I find very little specific information on the Genographic website. Anyone have any more detailed info?
