Anyone knows any info regarding the ancient greeks DNA and that of the Minoans (pre ancient greeks)?

would be interested to know if ancient greeks came some somewhere else when they conquered Minoans 1,450 BC.

According to Anthropol Anz. 2014 Interpreted with caution, the craniofacial morphology in modern and ancient Greeks indicates elements of ethnic group continuation in the past 4,000 years within the unavoidable multicultural mixtures.
That probably means that before the M
ycenaeans there was a pre Greek population in the area of mainland Greece, Crete and the Aegean isles who were then conquered and assimilated by the Mycenaeans linguistically, culturally and genetically (admixing with the Mycenaeans). What I typed following the 2 words "multicultural mixtures" is just speculation.

Here's the link to the study via Dienekes: http://dienekes.blogspot.co.il/2014/08/craniofacial-morphology-of-greeks.html

P.S I'm pretty sure the Minoans were mainly J2, J2 is still the most common paternal haplogroup in Crete.
