Atlanto-Med with Alpine?Looks pan Western European in my opinion.
 
Thanks for your reply. I was thinking something along the lines of Alpine/Med with CM? but I'm a newcomer to this kind of analysis so I thought I'd ask for some other opinions.
 
Sorry, I thought I said...it's Giovanna Mezzogiorno, an Italian actress. She's my favorite among the current crop of Italian actresses.

This is a short clip of her discussing Love In The Time Of Cholera...(in English!) Sometimes people look different "in the round".
 
She looks very French in the video! After all, French people do have that pan Western European look I'm thinking about.
 
I assure you that's she's not all that unusual for us. (At any rate, I was curious about her features, not so much the pigmentation.)

I would say, however, that although she's half southern Italian, that particular combination is more common in the north.
 
Her combination is more common in the north because North Italians are usually more Western European than Mediterranean in phenotype.
