I'm R1b1a2a but there's a question...

Hi, my surname comes from Northern Apulia (Cerignola/Andria). My haplogroup (L-23) is greek-anatolic. In italy that was brought by ancient greeks (Magna Graecia). But the question is: Northern Apulia wasn't colonized by greeks...so where comes from?

If you took a 23and, ancestry.com, or FTDNA test you should upload to GEDmatch.com.

I've already used gedmatch...but it doesn't help me too much. Other ways?

You're descended from the Roman founders: Etruscans Our Turkic tribes also have R1b1a2a(Cumans-Khazars)
I didn't get any Y-DNA but I'll get one soon. I'm probably of Cuman Turk origin.

Ataturk called the Etruscans as proto-Turk people according to Turkish History Thesis but as Etruscans have no any relation to Turkic Khaganate, they can't be called as Turks but they're cognate to Turkic tribes: Cumans and Khazars biologically.

GEDMatch is an autosomal tool, It says nothing about the origin of Y-DNA Haplogroups.
