IMHO, you look fairly Italo-Celtic, and could be from Northern Italy, France, or maybe Scotland (though the dark hair leads me to suspect not). IME, people with a more Germanic or Slavic background tend to appear more angular, which you don't seem to be.
 
You're mixed? Maybe half Swedish half Russian?
 
Swedish part is correct :) From my mothers side im swedish but her ancestry tracks back to wallons. Still the other part is wrong, keep trying :D
 
My next guess is based on what comes up when I Google "hamko" and what I know about immigrants in Sweden, rather than about how you look.

My dad is a Sandzak Agnostic Serbian with Gheg Albanian ancestry.
 
I can see it now that you've told me, but it does seem that some of your Swedish traits are masking some of the typical traits I'd look for to tell that someone is from the Balkans. (I'm having trouble expressing what those traits are exactly, though... this is entirely based on my intuition).
