Basque vs Danish

With full-coverage H from Basque and Danish I've found a lot of differences between the two. About 50% of H in them probably separated from each other in the Neolithic. Their greatest amount of differentiation is within H1/H3, the most exclusively European versions of H.

A little reflection on Ancient mtDNA: Gok2 from Funnel Beaker Sweden had H1c the most popular form of H1 in Danish and a very rare form of H1 in Basque. Several H3c have been found in Neolithic Spain, including Cardeil and is the most popular form of H3 in Basque and a rare form of H3 in Danish. All fully-sequenced H1 from Neolithic Europe is H1*, H1e, H1j the most popular forms of H1 in Basque.
