These are supposedly twins, but how is it possible? They can't be genetically 100% identical, can they?:

Ah, OK - these are not identical twins (from one egg), but only fraternal twins.

Fraternal twins aren't 100% genetically the same, so such differences can occur.

If such thing happened in identical twins, then that would be truly surprising.

They both have a bulb forehead nothing special here, she looks more albino than Caucasian.
