This comes from Uppsala University, Evolutionary Biocenter-it's a nice summary and has some interesting Admixture runs using 1000 genomes data along with ancient samples.

I found it quite interesting.
IMO the replacement by Villabruna is underestimated, at least from the male side.
Y-DNA I* was almost completely replaced by I2.
Only some I1 remained whose origin remains unknown.
