Devon and Cornwall specifically. I thought it'd be L21, but the map I have seen seems to suggest otherwise.

It appears that the R1b-U106 wins the title; U106 30-40% vs L21 20-39%. The highlighted Germanic U106 can be explained by the Romano-britians fleeing Amglo-Saxon invasion
