Fertility has been low among the people of Europe, and this problem is already affecting other continents, so all sources of immigrant labour are going to dry out soon. Our society is aging, percentage share of working age population is declining and a shrinking number of taxpayers will not be able to sustain a growing population of non-working elderly people.

Nobody really knows how to solve this problem.

Without implementation of harsh measures it seems impossible. The solution is to implement a drastic policy, but the only policy which can really encourage people to make more children: you won't get retirement pension rights, unless you have at least two children. Future taxpayers, who will pay your debt. Currently I just don't see any more efficient way to increase fertility rates in Europe to the sustainable level of between 2 and 2.1 kids per woman.

Of course there won't be a pension. There will be guaranteed income for all. From child to grampa. Think of it like collecting a pension from birth to death. How is it possible you will ask?
Actually, we've been through this many times before. There will be more machines and robots working for us. Producing everything for us and serving us every moment. Think of robots as our children, which we won't make, working for us paying our pension.
I hope you met the Atlas:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVlhMGQgDkY
And we already talked about this here:http://www.eupedia.com/forum/thread...be-no-retirement-pensions?p=493530#post493530
In 5-10 years these robots will start replacing every manual work we do. Many machines already did, that's why there is a shortage of work for blue colour workers.
Before you retire there will be several robots and machines working for every human in developed countries. This will pay your pension, and guaranteed income for all.
So don't stress, relax, all will be fine.

And of course, you should make plan B. Use your brain, make a lot of money, save and invest wisely, so you don't need to count on government pension to survive. It is not really that hard.
