Im not quite sure how I got these results. It defiantly looks more like some GEDmatch results than 23andMe, meaning the components are correct, but the populations are off....

Europe: 73.02%
French: 52.34%
Balkans: 13.83%
Sardinia: 3.59%
Ashkenazim: 3.24%
Other: 0.0%
Middle East: 20.68%
Egypt: 14.23%
Saudi: 5.03%
Iran: 1.41%
Other: 0.0%
South Asia: 5.87%
Sindhi: 5.87%
Other: 0.0%
Other: 0.43%
Native American: 0.43%

If I had to guess I would estimate at each ancestry as the following:

Southern Italian: 50%
French: 20.24%
Balkans: 13.83%
Sindhi: 5.87%
Saudi: 5.03%
Sardinia: 3.59%
Iranian: 1.41%
Sephardi/Ashkenazim: 25%
Egypt: 14.23%
French: 7.53%
Ashkenazim: 3.24%
Scottish: 25%
French: 24.57%
Native American: 0.43%

See either the test mixes the Italian (Should have more Balkan) with Scottish (Should have more England) to create a psydo-French result. Or Campania has a huge amount of MENA influence, and then french, while Sicily is more Greek, with similar amounts of Arab, but less Gypsy and more Med.

I think its very strange I would have more MENA than you, but ultimately the "French" brings me back to Europe.

More of less, Your a normal Italian result, and Im the product of that mixed with MENA and North Euro in place of the Med.
