hm who can supply enough chefs in the permafrost, in the shell gas drilling industry, in the air above, how practical it would be this on the sea bed in Arctic!? lets hope we wouldnt be late if its possible to use such diversion on CH4 level because they are way more dangerous adversary in the battle against the globall warming than the CO2 paranoia that now is in full swing!
