And Zanatis, most mental conditions like depression are genetic.

Reading difficulties (I don't know why but my eyes just keep moving), sometimes agitated, more pessimistic so that I can deal with the worst case possible, but that's not depression is it ?

Reading difficulties don't always imply depression, and tbh i think most people would score like you. 11 doesn't seem like too bad of a score.
 
Whoops, that annoying invalid attachment issue rears its ugly head. ^^

And still I have a desire to improve it even more.

I'd say genetics is very important to be happy and some luck too, they gives one a good base to start from, but at least 50% percent is up to us to get there. Which includes planning, making smart choices, knowing yourself, friends selection, financial stability, etc.

Oh, I'm happy to see there are many of you have a low score. But there is something called "social desirability" when respondents of survey tend to give inexact results because they're afraid of what others might think of them after knowing their true answer. It's a situation that could happen, I'm not saying you all are doing that, no offense :)
btw, the link seems to stop working. I cannot do the test for myself.
