Issue with Gedmatch Genesis. For Now.
Kudos to Salento for bringing this to my attention.
I tried uploading it to geneplaza, just for the heck of it; since it didn't state that it was compatible. The upload did in fact fail too. At any rate, I noticed it said I was only giving them 700,000 SNPs from it. Which I found to be disappointing, since Helix loves to tout that they sequence your entire genome. Well, I guess they only decided to give us a fraction of it in the CSV file. Which is kind of a let down.
