I-Z2336 aka I-CTS6364 is quite old (formed 4600 ybp with a TMRCA of 4200 ybp). See YFull's tree.

I would imagine it (well descendant groups of Z2336) has a fairly solid origin amongst the Germanic populations who eventually settled in Switzerland.

Eupedia posts this about Z2336/CTS6364.

Have you considered testing more SNPs or taking Big Y or another NGS test to confirm your terminal SNP below Z2336?

Thanks for your reply and information ! What do you mean by testing more snps and another NGS test :)
