It sounds right, except that I remember a study that said you can't make up for lost sleep. Also, some people seem to do ok on five hours of sleep, although I'm useless unless I get about seven hours.

I tend to sleep around 5-6 hours during the week. But on weekends, I still tend to wake up after 5-6 hours, but then usually go back to bed for a couple more hours. Though, sometimes, I don't feel tired, and start my morning rituals of brewing coffee, etc.
