A new study calculated that there's a 30% chance that humans are the only intelligent lifeform in the universe. In my opinion that's quite accurate when taking several factors into consideration.

How do you define a 30% probability, not a 40% probability? I think this inference is not scientific. I can only say that from the perspective of the universe, human beings are not the only intelligent creatures.
