Is he part of the Jastorf culture?
What kind of language would he have spoken? Istvaeonic?
 
Some of those oracles look like mine, only with South Dutch plus the Caucasian ethnicities instead of the Scandinavian, and in roughly the same proportions. And I believe he would have spoken the "Germanic Parent Language", as Wikipedia calls it.
