Analysing the first four samples using Eurogenes K13 I notice that they are really ‘diverse ‘ from each other ... some resembling south Italians and some resembling French population ...

SZ36 is a Y T, and is my 1st match at myTrueanc in a couple of my RawD.
CL23 also a Y T, is lower.

It is missing? Which ones are missing? I will upload them too.

I thought I uploaded all but apparently not.

So Cretan-like, also some strong Anatolian ties, Armenians. Some extra Near Eastern and North African admix is there. For ex. in K36 he scores 10.44 Armenian, 4.84 Arabian, 12.91 Near Eastern. Italian (EEF) is lower than usual (21.90). I guess he might have Greek ancestry.

Tomenable, did you upload the Szolad samples as well?

I have added them in the first post - the ones I uploaded are from a combined dataset with over 2000 ancients published by David Reich recently, in 2019.

There are slight differences compared to the ones mlukas uploaded (he took the data from the 2018 dataset).

It is just like with modern people - if you test with MyHeritage, your GEDmatch results will be a bit different than your GEDmatch results from 23andMe file.

PS:

Maybe later I will merge raw datas from both versions and re-upload, this should give the highest amount of SNPs in GEDmatch calculators and best results.

Added CL23 and CL25 in the first post.

11180Interesting. Appears very much it was a mainly male-based migration, and in the case of the E V-13 Lombard, even male natives joined. Compare that to me, of predominantly West Germanic and Celtic (both insular and continental) descent.

11181

As you can see, I have substantial more Northern European than these individuals who were all members of a Germanic tribe

I think the more southern-cluster from the late-Imperial Roman samples are southern Italians as well. There is a lot of overlap between Cretans, and other Greeks throughout Italy.

Thanks, Jovialis. It's another proof for me of why when there are no Northern Italian or Tuscan samples, the algorithms tell me I'm Bulgarian; too far east with their Slavic ancestry, but the closest the algorithms can get. (SZ43 is my closest with 3.6, and CL36 is second with 4.5)

It is too bad these samples are no longer available, I was going to use them.

Does anyone have links to active alternatives?
