Resetting attempts to login

In the past 6 months , the resetting of attempts to log in to site takes 24 hours to clear /reset ...................can you fix

I have rest my cookies and the issue is the same

I still have to reload every page I use in eupedia ....from .....login to each post or reply and even logging out................only way i can use

and I have reset cookies
