What do you think Europe and it's Inhabitants would look like, if the Indo-Europeans never took place there, and never influenced it culturely or genetically?

I couldn't stop to notice that most prominent european authors belong to the native European I haplogroup, I believe that our behaviour is determined broadly by autosomal chromsomes, but I also believe that the Y chromosome somehow inflences the male brain. I'm open to opinions.
