Right now I'm reading Howard Zinn's Voices of a People's History of the United States and George H. Smith's Atheism: The Case Against God. Pretty much literature and non-fiction for me.

Actually, the First Amendment is enforced 100% (or so we'd like to believe) considering perjury, liable, slander, etc. is not protected by it. For instance, yelling "Fire!" in a movie theater does not constitute First Amendment protection from the law.

Two words. First Amendment.

Your poll should regard whether or not you live in Japan rather than if you're Japanese. I, for example, am a Japanese-American, and do not fit your Japanese criteria.
