Perhaps the question is a little complex and wide-ranging, so I am proposing a summary of some of my own calculation estimates (some of which are rougher and based on less data than others.)

I2c-Z6391 from Central Europe to Caucasus - 10,000-9,000 BC
G2a-U1 from Western Pontic to Western Caucasus - 5,200-4,600 BC
R1b-PF7558 from North Western Pontic to Western Caucasus - 5,400-4,000 BC
R1b-Z2103 from North Western Pontic/East Central Europe to Western Caucasus - 4,000-3,400 BC
R1a-Z93 from East Central Europe to Eastern Caucasus - 3,300-2,400 BC
I2a-A437 from East Central Europe to Caucasus - 3,000-2,000 BC
R1b-U152 from Central Europe to Caucasus - after 3,000 BC
R1b-DF100 from Central Europe to Caucasus - after 3,200 BC
G2a-CTS342 from Italy to Middle East - 1,600 BC
J2a-M319 from North Mediterranean/Adriatic to Southern Turkey/Levant - 4,700-1,500 BC

I2c-Z6391 looks like an ancient drift eastwards of Central European hunter gatherers.
R1b-PF7558 could have have moved eastwards with Cucuteni-Tripolye people or later with R1b-Z2103 (which I would probably associate with Steppe Maykop).
Some I2a-A427, R1b-U152 and R1b-DF100 could possibly have moved into the Caucasus with R1a-Z93 (which I would probably associate with the Indo-Aryans).
Some of both J2a-M319 and G2a-CTS342 were perhaps connected with the Peoples of the Sea.

Any comments?
