Hi all! Would like to know that what kind of ancestry my father's U3b2 mt-dna can mean as a Hungarian. What are its possible sources?

Want to know more about this haplogroup (it belongs to one of my close friends). He got it from 23&me and it's 1 in 1300 so I'm not surprised that I have a hard time googling about it. Can anyone enlighten me? Where it's common, what's its y-tree on yfull? Thank you all for the answers in advance!
