Since I don’t have my file merged with human origins, so whenever I feel like it, I’ll run myself as English + BedouinB with Mbuti.DG,Scottish_Argyll.DG,BedouinA.DG,Palestinian.DG as rights.

And do you pass better with a near east source in the model, or better without a near east source in the model?

Try English + near east, whichever fits best.

Are you sure you have North African/Near Eastern ancestry, and that it isn’t just capturing your southern shift due to the fact that you are an English person? I really feel like you’re just scoring near eastern admixture because you’re being modeled as Scottish, who are the most Northern...

Since I’ve gotten significantly better at modeling, I’ve decided to come back to this thread with my new models on my LivingDNA+Ancestry merged file. 450K SNP overlap with the AADR 1240K.

Admixtools Iron Age admixture of the British Isles

Generally would fall under the umbrella of continental Celtic. My specific lefts were the only ones that would work for this model. (for example, P-Value, standard error, and etc.)

Admixtools Iron Age admixture of the British Isles

Since I’ve perfected my iron age UK model, I think it would be nice to share the results that some UK groups get on it. Denmark_IA.SG represents DNA from Germanic speakers, Scotland_IA.AG represents DNA from insular Celts, And Czechia_IA_Hallstatt.SG represents DNA from continental Celts...

History Which era was your ethnic group or nation formed in?

Depends. My ancestors mainly come from Appalachia (albeit with a large amount of German), so it would be the Age of Discovery for my specific ethnic group (Colonial American), but since I come from an English, and German background, it would be the Late Classical Era to the Early Middle Ages.

How did Proto-Indo-Europeans (R* R1b/R1a) lose Mongoloid characteristics?

You have to consider that the East Eurasian source in Europeans is extremely old, and pretty much the most basal you can get in terms of East Eurasian. Why does this matter? Well, the earliest ancient DNA samples with the EDAR mutations associated with the "Mongoloid" facial features were in...

My PCA of Europe around 1100 BCE to 500 CE. The time period is generally inconsistent (mainly because of Scandinavia), but in Scandinavia there would not have been much genetic change since the Iron Age. Here is the .txt for the PCA: Let me know where you’re clustering on the PCA! (If European...

That’s what I meant, Turkey_N is 15% natufian. The Greek ANF group is about 10%.

I don’t really know. I’m still working on it - I want to get the standard error down to sub-7%. I’m fairly close, Germanic standard error is at 7.23% and the continental Celtic standard error is at 7.47%

I’ve greatly improved the model, it’s almost passing now.
